Nestled in the mountains, this hotel boasts of breathtaking nature surroundings. Guests enjoyed star gazing and shuttle service to several spots. Comfortable and spacious rooms with well-equipped bathrooms provide a relaxing stay. Polite and friendly staff make up for the language barrier, free shuttle service stood out, and guests enjoyed breakfast included in the package.
English-speaking staff could have been more available.

I loved the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which saved me a lot of hassle. The staff were courteous and helpful despite the language barrier. The star watching was amazing, and it was complimentary! The hotel's location amidst nature made my stay even more pleasant.
Not one thing was unappealing, I had a comfortable and fruitful stay.

Spent a fantastic New Year at a hotel that had incredible facilities and staff that were warm and polite. The shuttle that was included in the package took us to all the important spots around the location, while the rooms were both spacious and comfortable. The highlight though, was the free star-watching event we enjoyed. Though it was only in Japanese, it was exceptionally well-done with explanations of the sky in an easy to understand manner.
One issue we encountered was the language barrier. Some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English.

The food offered at the hotel was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we had no trouble with the beds. the location was good as it was near several key attractions that we wanted to visit.
The staff at this hotel was not very helpful and we had some communication issues. Their English was limited and they had a hard time understanding us.
